Motorola Update Services Your Device Isn't Compatible With This Version

Your device isn't compatible with this version fixed/problem solved/not downloading/can't download. Simply clearing data and cache from google play services & playstore didn't work for me. i tried that, also removed all google accounts, rebooted mobile and put back one google account, went to playstore and still found the message "your device isn't compatible with this version".. €
