The guys at xda have discovered a leaked version of android 4.1 for the motorola atrix 2 which was one of those phones produced in 2011 that the oem decided it would rather include in its $100 trade-in program rather than update to jelly bean; the rom is said to come from motorola china and despite its pedigree, could still brick your phone.... Even though we are not dealing with the official cm10.1 rom, the platform is stable and without bugs or issues therefore your atrix hd will be running on a smooth jelly bean 4.2.2 rom..
